Created in early 2013, this backyard makeover was completed for clients who wanted a backyard space in time for their wedding brunch. Two cabana's were created, a main structure and a miniture kids cabana. The structures took insperation from Samoan Fale Huts. Using Alang Alang thatch and a 40 degree roof pitch, gave both cabanas an authentic look and created 100% waterproof structures. The ironbark decking was built level with the grass, giving the backyard a modern feel and trip free space for kids to play . Recycled railway sleepers were used to create raised garden beds. By incorporating the cabana's, ironbark decking, and exotic plants this backyard is meant for extreme relaxation.
